Willie Tsang

Willie Tsang is an accomplished entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in business, as well as in brand and product development. Having established a number of multimillion-dollar companies in an impressively short span of time through a multi-sales channel strategy via ecommerce, wholesale partners and marketplaces, he brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and CPG expertise to some of the fastest growing industries of today. He is the founder and CEO of IMM Living Inc., which began as a design and décor studio in 2008 and quickly flourished into a wholesale and private-label service for illustrious companies such as Starbucks under Mr. Tsang’s direction and management. In recent years, Mr. Tsang launched Way of Will—an aromatherapy-based body-care system initially catered to active lifestyles, which has since expanded to encompass a vast range of plant-based wellness products. His extensive network of retail and wholesale connections propelled Way of Will’s growth and market presence across North America, leading to long-term partnerships with retail giants such as Target and Wholefoods. Today, Mr. Tsang continues to act as Chief Executive Officer for IMM Living and way of Will, and has recently been appointed interim CEO of Way of Will’s parent company, New Wave Holdings.

GEOFF BALDERSON

Mr. Balderson has over 17 years of capital market experience. Mr. Balderson is the President of Flow Capital Corp. a private consulting company that advises public companies in a multitude of industries. Mr. Balderson is also the president of Harmony Corporate Services Ltd., and leads a team that provides bookkeeping, accounting, filing and corporate secretarial services to publicly listed companies. Mr. Balderson is an officer and director of other TSX Venture listed companies. Mr. Balderson is a former Investment Advisor with two Canadian Securities dealers, and a graduate of the University of British Columbia.

KELVIN LEE

Kelvin has over 15 years of extensive financial management experience with publicly traded companies.

He most recently worked in progressively senior roles from Corporate Controller, VP Finance and Administration to Chief Financial Officer for a TSX-V listed gold producer with $400 million in revenue.

ROBERT KANG

Robert Kang is a consultant practicing in the areas of public companies and corporate governance. 

He was the Director of Listed Issuer Services and held other positions with TMX Group from March 1992 to March 2015. He is a corporate finance professional who is experienced in all aspects of Exchange policy, corporate governance and public company obligations. Mr. Kang received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and obtained his CA designation at Ernst and Young.

ANTHONY ZELEN

Mr. Zelen is a serial entrepreneur who has over 23 years of experience in finance, investor relations, sales, and corporate development. He was the owner and president of Senergy Communications Inc. which focused on the public markets and was involved in investor relations, public relations and strategic marketing for the technology, cannabis, pharmaceutical, mining and oil and gas industries.

Mr. Zelen has served as officer and director of at least 12 publically listed companies over the last 21 years. His business activities within the venture capital arena enabled him to establish a network of accredited investors, angel investors and investment banking contacts throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Over the last 23 years Mr Zelen has been invloved in no less than a dozen startups including Diitalk Communications, a co-founder of Blockchain Intelligence Group and founding member of Allied Corp.

DIEGO GIANELLI

Diego is a global marketer and general manager leader with a proven track record of building iconic consumer brands and high-performance teams that consistently deliver strong EBITDA growth. Recognized as transformational leader and hands-on operator with exceptional commercial and P&L management acumen; Diego brings a unique blend of CPG and Retail expertise across B2B, B2C, DTC channels in complex and dynamic start-up/high growth environments in Bio Tech, Nutraceuticals, Health & Wellness, Food and Beverages.

Most recently, Diego has been helping companies to enter new markets/categories and to launch/scale up first-to-market product innovation, direct to consumer businesses and disruptive growth strategies across multiple channels. Diego held several senior leadership roles in marketing, sales and general management at Tim Hortons and Starbucks, heading up their packaged good operations/retail strategy in US and Canada and building in-market Omni-channel capabilities and global partnerships that resulted in record double digit EBITDA growth and #1 market share position.

Previously at both Kraft and Nestle, Diego led global cross-functional teams that revitalized stagnant brands in declining categories through disruptive brand repositioning, innovation, digital campaigns and consumer inspired merchandising solutions. Diego started his career in consumer goods with McDonald’s restaurants, launching some of the most successful local product introductions, brand building campaigns and promotions along with advanced Enterprise CRM platforms that elevated customer loyalty and Omni-channel experiences to record levels.
